Delivery Details

We deliver to most UK mainland addresses. There is no extra charge unless you are listed below (please check before ordering).
This is due to the ever rising costs of fuel in the UK.

England areas where delivery charges apply:
Cornwall, Devon, Suffolk, Norfolk, Dorset and Somerset.

Scotland
Please phone or email first with your post code, before ordering any where in scotland.
Areas where delivery charges apply:
Highland (unfortunately some of this area we are unable to deliver to)
Perth and Kinross, Argyll and Bute, South Ayrshire, East Ayrshire, Dumfries and Galloway.

Wales areas where delivery charges apply:
Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, Vale of Glamorgan, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Cardiff, Mertha Tydfil, Caerphilly, Blanau Gwent, Torfaen, Newport, Powys

When order is placed please leave your contact telephone numbers. We cannot deliver without a telephone number now!

Please make sure full correct delivery address is given including post code.

Delivery time is normally up to 2 to 3 weeks but can be shorter or longer depending on the time of year. So if you are in a rush please phone first to find out.

If you have any holidays booked and there will be no one around please inform us of when you will be away.

We cannot deliver on specified dates only when our courier is in your area, But we will do our best for all of our customers.

All dog kennels must be signed for, once signed for no refund will be given.

Please make sure all dog kennels fit where you want them to go. e.g. through door ways, into shed, under window or down side passage ways, as some of our dog kennels are very large, If you are having problems with this we can build them to your measurements so they will fit. Please phone us any time.

Delivery's are made to your door step or drive way only, Sorry we don't site or erect kennels & runs unless prior arrangements have been made.
